Processing

All orders will be processed within 1-2 business days from when the order was placed. Processing will be conducted 5-6 days a week for your convenience. If you need to make a change to your order at any time, you may do so be contact our support team here. 

Shipping

Shipping can take anywhere from 2-7 days depending on your location. Our average ship time in the United States is 4 business days. All orders will be shipped via USPS. 

Tracking information will be sent via email if you checked out using your email. If you checked out using the text option, all shipping notifications will be sent via text. You may also check the status of your shipment using the Arrive app available in the Google Play Store and Apple Store, the Arrive option is located on the checkout page. You may refer back to this at any time.
